Your first Seoul skin trip: a 3-day plan

Enough time to start the slow-burners and heal from the downtime ones — without turning your holiday into a clinic marathon.

First time flying in for skin? Three days is the sweet spot — long enough to start the things that need a course and recover from the ones with downtime, short enough to still enjoy Seoul.

Day 1 — consult & kick off the slow-burners

Land, settle, and get a proper doctor's read of your skin. Start the treatments that work over time with little to no downtime, so they're quietly doing their job all trip.

Start: a skin booster

A Rejuran-style booster begins the glow build on day one and asks nothing of your schedule but a low-key evening.

Day 2 — the bigger stuff, so it heals before you fly

Now the treatments that need a day or two to settle — a resurfacing laser or a lifting session — timed so any redness calms down before your flight home.

Resurface: pores & texture

Sylfirm X for pores, marks and redness. A little pink for a day — which is exactly why it goes mid-trip, not the day you leave.

Where to get it

Lift: if sagging is the goal

Deep-heat lifting (Ultherapy / Shurink) tightens over the following weeks — start it here and it keeps working after you're home.

Day 3 — glow & go

Save the light, no-downtime finishers for last: gentle toning or skin botox for an event-ready finish. Then shop, eat, fly.

Book the downtime stuff first

Whatever might leave you red or bruised goes early in the trip. Tell me your flight date and I'll schedule everything backwards from it.

Trip rules of thumb

  • Sunscreen every day — non-negotiable after any laser.
  • Don't stack too much into one appointment; skin needs to breathe.
  • Hydrate and skip alcohol the night before injectables (less bruising).
  • Message me your dates and I'll lay out the day-by-day.

Ready to plan it?

I'll match your skin to the right clinic and sort the booking.
